Step 2: See Your Savings. As a Plan Member, when you go to a participating plan dentist (see #1 above), your charges are discounted according to a published Schedule of Discounts for your State. You save 20% to 60% when you receive care from a General Dentist. At a Plan Dental Specialist, you save up to 20% off normal fees.
